That is normal. The trial version has limitations, so it cannot convert your files in full. After you place an order, all limitations are removed and your files convert completely, at the best quality and fastest speed.
Shortly after your order is placed, the registration code is sent to you automatically by email. The registered version unlocks all features, removes every limitation and converts files in batch. We're happy to provide excellent service along the way.
In most cases you'll receive your code within a few minutes or a few hours of ordering. If you haven't received it for any reason, email our Sales Team at sales@okdosoft.com and we'll find your order and send the code right away.
Email support@okdosoft.com and include your order ID, registration name and the email address you used at purchase. We'll locate your order and resend the code promptly.
No. You don't need to re-enter your registration details — the software remembers your activation status.
No. A license code can only be used on one computer at a time. (A standard license covers one user on up to two PCs you own — for example a desktop and a laptop — but not simultaneously.)
Please send us the product name and version you purchased, along with your order ID, so we can resolve the issue efficiently. If the problem is complex, we also recommend sending the log file found in the installation folder, or a screenshot of the error message.
Yes. The payment process and online order form are 100% safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the information you provide during ordering and payment — including your credit card number and personal details. SSL encrypts everything you submit, and only we can decode it. Your personal and payment information is never shared with anyone, and the order form is hosted on a secure HTTPS server. After you submit your purchase, we send you a confirmation email.

Converting certain Office documents requires a genuine Microsoft Office 97 or later on the system. We recommend installing Office 2003 or a newer version.
Two options: 1) If you have Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003 installed, install the Office 2007 compatibility pack. 2) If you have no Microsoft Office, or only Office 2000 or earlier, install Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/2021/Office365.
To output docx, docm, xlsx, xlsm, pptx or pptm you need Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/2021/Office365 support on the system.
Download the latest version from our website and reinstall it. Close any Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) before launching the software, and don't open or close Office files manually while a conversion runs. Running several of our programs at the same time can also trigger this error. If the problem remains, contact our support team.
Without Office, the software can only read Excel 2003 or earlier (*.xls); converting XLS to HTM, images and similar functions are unaffected. It cannot read Excel 2007 or later (*.xlsx, *.xlsm), RTF, Word or PowerPoint, and it cannot output RTF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint. It also cannot create PDF in default mode. All other operations remain unaffected.
No. Don't open any Office document manually while a conversion is running — doing so may cause the conversion to fail.
Default mode — the output PDF contains both image and text. We recommend this mode for general conversion, but it cannot convert image files into PDF.
Image mode — outputs an image-based PDF. The result looks identical to the original, but the text cannot be selected or copied. Use this mode to convert image files to PDF; it also protects the content.
Text mode — built for special needs. The output PDF contains only the original text; any images in the source are not converted.
Choose Create PDF by image mode when outputting the PDF. That resolves the issue.
Select the option Convert each page of Word/Rtf to one single file.
A file may have been lost. Please reinstall the software.
If you choose Automatically adjust the image size to fit SWF but leave Create SWF according to custom size unchecked, the image stretches to the largest original page size. If that exceeds your screen, the display breaks — select Create SWF according to custom size, or set the image zoom manually in the parameter settings. If you convert to SWF with the default settings and nothing displays, set the image zoom scale manually in the parameter settings.
In the parameter settings, uncheck Adjust automatically image size to adapt the slide page. By default the software scales images automatically to fit the slide.
A transparent-background PNG or BMP can create a transparent ICO directly. For other formats, choose Custom ICO transparent in the parameter settings, then pick the color to use as the ICO's transparent color.
Yes, and you can choose how many characters appear on each page. In the output TIFF settings, uncheck Convert TXT file to multi-page TIFF to show all text in one TIFF. In the output SWF settings, uncheck Convert TXT file to multi-frames SWF to show all text in one SWF (if the text is very long, leave the settings unchanged). In the output PPT/PPTX/PPTM settings, uncheck Convert TXT file to multi-page PowerPoint to show all text on a single slide.
It shows all slides on a single HTM page so you don't need to switch between pages. You can choose to display the text only, or show the slides as images, via the parameter settings.
When merging into one GIF triggers "Memory is not enough," reduce the output image size as needed.
